Libraries Manchester’s Baby Week 2023

All activities will take place between 9.30am and 4pm. Some activities require booking upon arrival.

At Manchester Art Gallery

  • Cracking Good Food - Cook and Taste using readily available, nutritious ingredients which can be bought within budget using Healthy Start Vouchers to create  family-friendly recipes. The demonstration will be led by a registered Nutritionist.     
  • Reform Radio offering interactive Story Sessions for parents and their toddlers.
  • Theatre - Make Me  a Tree theatre production for 0-2 year olds. 
  • Active Mums Club - Parent and Baby Yoga - A gentle stretch and flex for both parents and babies
  • Active Mums Club - Mums Bums and Tums -A postnatal rehab fitness session, babies welcome
  • Resonance Centre - Baby Yoga - A gentle stretch and flex for both parents and babies.
  • Sure Start Children's centre Baby Massage sessions  
  • Football Museum - lots of fun physical activity with babies and toddlers 
  • Award Winning Dance Like a Mother (Babywearing Dance) suitable for babies from 8 weeks to 2 years (12 weeks post c-section). Expect lots of awesome tunes, laughter and lovely sleepy cuddles with your little one. Trained Instructors  provide & fit you with a carrier, or help you with yours (please note some carriers are not suitable for class. Advise available on the day) and twins also welcome. No fitness or dance ability needed...join them for some mood boosting moves! 
  • First Aid - Taster sessions - find out about First Aid courses available
