Parking Pay or appeal tickets and fines

Parking Services will write to you if a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) has been issued to you. We will never send a text message asking you to pay a PCN. If you receive a text amessage asking for a payment of a PCN, do not make any payment or provide your banking details and delete the message. If you receive a text asking you for payment, report it to Action Fraud or call 0300 123 2040.

Use our parking website to pay or appeal:

  • parking tickets
  • bus lane fines
  • bus gate fines
  • moving traffic fines
  • fines for littering from vehicles

You will need your PCN number and registration number. Don't have your PCN number? Request a reminder for your PCN number

You can also use the website to see details, photographs or footage of the incident. Allow 24 hours for this information to be available.
