The Council and democracy Vote by proxy

Vote by proxy by post

If you have been appointed to vote on behalf of another voter as their proxy, you can choose to vote by post.

You'll need to download and complete the proxy vote postal vote application form. This form should be completed by the proxy, not the elector appointing the proxy.

The deadline to apply for a postal vote is usually a week before the proxy deadline.
