Corporate Core services
Our ‘Corporate Core’ has a budget of £65.5m.
To protect front line services, we have made significant cuts to support services including areas such as ICT, Finance, Human Resources and the Shared Service Centre – dealing with staff and personnel, payments and income. Some of the reduction can be managed with an improved use of technology but there will be a real reduction in the level of support provided.
We’ve tried to minimise the impact on other Council services and on residents.
