Refer a death to the Coroner

The Manchester City area Coroner's Office will only accept death referrals electronically using the Portal below and by using this function, you agree that you are a registered health professional who is authorised to make a Coronial referral.

N.B. Before using the portal for the first time you will need to create a profile by contacting one of our Team Managers on 0161 - 219 - 2222

Please present all electronic submissions to the Coroner as attachments on letterheaded paper rather than in the body of an email.  We will send out all direction orders in the same format.
