The joint venture partnership has announced it is in advanced talks around the Council, and existing shareholder Greater Manchester Pension Fund to acquire 50% share in Mix Manchester.
National placemaker, Muse has been named as the delivery and investment partner that will work with the Council to deliver the transformational investment in Wythenshawe town centre.
The regeneration of Wythenshawe town centre continues to accelerate as the appointment of a delivery partner will approved at a meeting of the executive (Weds 24 July).
