The controlled parking zone
The controlled parking zone covers the area of Manchester within the inner relief road and operates between 8:00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
Parking in pay and display bays within the controlled parking zone is free on Bank Holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Road closures and restrictions may be put in place for a special event.
