Schools, education and childcare Universal 15 hours for 3 and 4 year olds

All children are entitled to 15 hours of funded early education from the term following their third birthday until they start school.

You do not need to meet any eligibility criteria to receive this funding.

There are:

• no eligibility checks
• no eligibility codes required

You only need to arrange your child's funded place with a participating childcare provider.
