You can use this form to claim for expenses if you have been asked by the coroners court as a:

• Expert witness
• Juror
• Lay witness

Please have the details you are claiming for ready including any digital copies of receipts to support your claim.

For jurors and lay witnesses:

• If you wish to also claim for loss of earnings you will need to download and complete the loss of earnings form with your employer
