Change of home address
- A proof of your home address dated within the last three months, showing your full name and home address e.g. council tax bill, utility bill, valid insurance document, financial statement
Change of name
- legal document confirming the change, such as a marriage certificate, decree absolute or deed poll
- proof of your new / revised public liability insurance, providing a minimum cover of £5million for retail markets or £10million for the wholesale market; this can be either:
- Your policy schedule or certificate of insurance
- Your National Market Traders Federation membership card
Change of public liability insurance
- proof of your new / revised public liability insurance, providing a minimum cover of £5million for retail markets or £10million for the wholesale market; this can be either:
- Your policy schedule or certificate of insurance
- Your National Market Traders Federation membership card
The documents you upload must be in colour, must not exceed 15mb in size. You can upload:
- Images with the file extension '.jpg',
- Compressed files with the extension '.zip'
- Files with the extension '.pdf'
