Member complaint form

This form should only be used for complaints that relate to a breach of the Council's Code of Conduct for Members. A Member can only breach the Code while acting in their official capacity as a Member of the Council.

Your complaint must specify which provision of the Code you believe the Member(s) may have failed to comply with. Assistance can be provided where required to help identify the relevant provision(s) of the Code that may have been breached, please contact demserv@manchester.gov.uk. Your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the Council’s Arrangements for dealing with Complaints against Councillors and co-opted Members and members of Ringway Parish Council. Please read the member complaint Privacy Notice before completing the form.
