Please confirm that your venue meets each of the mandatory requirements below: 

• The venue is open to everyone free of charge.
• The venue has free seating for rest and recovery from the heat.
• The venue has free drinking water available i.e. water cooler, water fountain, etc.
• The venue is staffed during opening hours.
• We have signed up to receive UKHSA weather alerts
• Indoor temperature below *26C

*Individual tolerance to heat varies especially for those who are particularly vulnerable (older people, those with an underlying health issue, etc.).  Anyone can become unwell if they get too hot, however, some people are at higher risk of becoming seriously unwell.  The UK Health Security Agency Adverse Weather and Health Plan recommends cool rooms or areas are to be maintained below 26°C.
