Hate incidents
A non-crime hate incident is not a crime, but is anything that's perceived by the victim (or any other person) to be motivated by hostility or prejudice based on a person’s characteristic or perceived characteristics, as described below. Examples include: name-calling, making malicious complaints, jokes, ‘banter’, bullying or congregating at the front of your home.

- Alternative sub-culture
