Market stalls - change of registered details

  1. Summary

    If the details you have registered with us change, you must tell us within 14 days of the change happening.

  2. Fees

    None for the application, but market occupancy charges will apply.

  4. Attachments required

    •  legal document confirming the change, such as
      • a marriage certificate
      • decree absolute
      • deed poll
    • proof of your home address, such as
      • Council tax bill
      • utility bill
      • insurance certificate
      • government agency document,
      • uk driving licence
      • addressed payslip
      • financial statement
    • Public Liability Insurance policy document providing a minimum cover of £5million for trading on British markets, or NMTF membership card

  5. Processing and timescales

    The approval of the application will take no more than 14 days.

    If needed a revised occupancy agreement or casual registration agreement will be issued within another 14 days. However, changes to lease agreements may take longer.
