This area will be developed over the next decade to include a new park alongside 1500 new homes, 2 new hotels and commercial office space.
Co-op Live Arena – being built by BAM
A new arena in east Manchester, next to the Etihad, that will have a 23,500 capacity and is expected to be completed by December 2023.
Relentless Developments in collaboration with stakeholders KKR, Salboy and Manchester City Council. A central tower, featuring food outlets, a hotel and residential homes on the site of the former Bootle Street police station.
