Check and manage your business rates account and bills
Have you had a business rates bill from us before?
If not:
you must first register your property for business rates before you can use these online services. You'll get your first bill within three weeks.
If yes:
Here’s some of the things you can now do online...
Your bills and balance
Want to get your business rates bills by email in future?
Want to:
-
check your balance?
-
view your bills and other business rates documents?
-
See any reliefs you may get?
You can do this through our eCitizen website.
The eCitizen website is for business rates, Council Tax and benefits. It’s separate from other council services, so you’ll need a separate online account to use it.
Register or sign in to use the eCitizen website.
