Have you had a business rates bill from us before? 

If not: 

you must first register your property for business rates before you can use these online services. You'll get your first bill within three weeks.

You can do this through our eCitizen website. 

The eCitizen website is for business rates, Council Tax and benefits. It’s separate from other council services, so you’ll need a separate online account to use it.
