Services at Central library

At the Central library, you can access computers with:

  • assistive technology
  • large monitors

  • headphones,
  • and scanners

You can find them on the second floor in the Information and Business Service.

We also offer services in addition to those already mentioned:

  • 'Read' printed material using a scanning system, either on a stand-alone machine or on the computer and speech reader, using Kurzweil 1000 reading software

Staff and volunteers are on hand to help.
