Planning and regeneration Core Strategy Consultation

Planning Policy Consultation

The Local Development Documents which make up the Local Development Framework (LDF) will be subject to a process of continuous community involvement while they are being prepared.

The methods that will be used by the City Council to involve the public and other stakeholders in the preparation of the Local Development Framework, and to consult on planning applications, are set down in Manchester's Statement of Community Involvement, which was adopted on 31 January 2007.

To give us your views during consultation periods please visit our consultation portal or contact the Planning Strategy Team at the email or postal addresses below.

If you would like to register for email alerts to comment on the Local Framework Development please contact the Planning Strategy team at or write to us by post.
