Care Leaver Community Hubs and Family Hubs
The Care Leavers Community Hubs are a ‘one stop shop’ for care leavers aged 16-25, where you’ll find whatever information you need.
They are welcoming, relaxing spaces where you can:
- Meet people - like other care leavers and professionals who work with young people
- Check in and keep in touch - let's have a chat with a brew
- Keep in touch and share your good news with us
- Reconnect with the service if your circumstances have changed
- Get expert advice on things like housing, money, emotional wellbeing and your health.
Here are the current drop-ins:
- Mondays: 12 noon to 4.30pm at Manchester Central Library, St Peter’s Square, M2 5PD
- Tuesdays: 9am to 4pm at Gorton Sacred Heart Family Hub, Glencastle Road, M18 7NE
- Wednesdays: 9am to 4pm at the Beehive, 40 Seymour Road, Cheetham Hill M8 5BR

Or find a Community Hub PA or Specialist Link at your local Family Hub on all other days.
The Community Hubs also hold social events. The details can be found on the Bee Connected App and Hub PAs will also reach out to invite you to these sessions, and to keep in touch throughout the year to make sure all is well.
The Hub has an array of services and professionals from housing to heath that work with us on a rota basis and this too is recorded on the Bee Connected App - please enquire if you have any questions or would like details of the services available.
The Community Hub is a safe space for care leavers across the city from aged 16+ and we would love to see and hear from you.
