Apply to hold your own market or fair - Market rights

This form can be used to apply for a market rights licence to hold a market or fair in Manchester.

Before you start you must:

• ensure that you have permission to use the venue
• check any other permissions you might need
• read the Market Rights policy
• have a layout plan of your market available to upload (this does not need to be to scale or a technical drawing)

You can upload the following file types, the size of which must not exceed 16Mb:

• Microsoft Word documents with the file extension 'doc';
• Text files with the file extension 'txt' or 'rtf';
• Images with the file extension 'jpeg';
• Compressed files with the extension 'zip'; and
• Files with the extension 'pdf'

When you go through the form, you have about 20 minutes to complete each page.

Don't use your normal 'Back' button to return to an earlier question, but use the 'Previous' button on the page you are on.
