This form will require that you include a map/plan of any new roads in relation to existing highways. For property numbering, the footprint and property boundary need to be shown in relation to existing highways with the primary access from the highway clearly marked.

Please note that the pricing of the numbering, renumbering and renaming of commercial properties and streets are:
- Numbering of property - £50 for 1-10 properties plus £10.50 a property thereafter
- Renaming of a property or a street - hourly rate at £30 (plus legal fees where appropriate)
- Street naming and numbering enquiry - hourly rate charged at £30.
