1. We use the personal information provided by you:

   2. for the management of our markets 
   3. to complete agreements with you 
   4. for identification purposes. 
2. You can view our privacy notice online. Your personal information may be shared internally and with other agencies such as the Cabinet Office, and may be used in data matching exercises, for the prevention and detection of fraud.  
3. We are required by law to protect the public funds that we administer. Information provided to us may be shared with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds or where undertaking a public function, to prevent and detect fraud. 4. You are required to confirm your details with us and provide any supporting documents during our application processes and whenever we request. You must submit an application every time you wish to register as a casual trader, including where your registration has ended. You must also submit an application where invited, following a successful expression of interest for a new or change of trading or storage space. Each year when requested, you must complete our online trader confirmation form. You will be required to confirm your details and upload evidence of your registered address and current public liability insurance. Documents must be dated within the last three months. 
5. You must notify us immediately if any of the information you register with us changes; this includes your personal or business name, address and telephone or email contact details. You must provide any documents we request as evidence of the change. Submit your notification using our online form. 
6. An ANPR system (automatic number plate recognition) is installed at New Smithfield Market. If you require regular access to New Smithfield Wholesale Market, you can apply to register your vehicle on our ANPR system.
