Our aim is to make our services and website accessible for everyone. To help achieve this we have a number of tools you can use for different access needs.

Reach Deck

This is a built in tool that can read out the text on a page, change the language, change the colours and contrast of text and more. Read more about using Reach Deck  

User settings

Signvideo  

This is an online sign language interpreting service to help deaf people access our services from their own home for free. Find out how to use Signvideo 

Text relay services 

We provide a text relay service for people with hearing impairment or speech impediment. The number is 0161 234 3760  

Interpreter services 

We also provide written translation and face-to-face interpretation services in many community languages including British Sign Language. We also offer services in accessible communication formats (alternative formats), such as Audio-Visual and Braille. Find out more about our interpreter services
