Units at the New Smithfield Wholesale Market are primarily let to businesses selling food on a wholesale basis to other businesses. View our general market details. Unit occupancy charges are:
- Rent: from £5.50 +vat to £15 +vat per square foot per annum
- Service Charge: from £12.12 +vat to £13.21 +vat per square foot per annum
Please note the above charges do not include legal fees, business rates, electricity usage charges, surface water drainage charges, and water usage charges for metered users.
