St John’s is set to develop as a new and unique city centre community of creativity, culture and innovation where people can live, work and visit. Phased over the next decade St John’s will deliver a mix of developments including The Factory – a new internationally unique important centre for arts and culture alongside a range of flexible workspace centred on digital, creative and tech sectors and new residential, hotel and retail development.
