Judgements on schools
6. The department will not publish League Tables of school pupil performance results (schools will be listed in reports and data sets either alphabetically or by DfES reference number).
7. Comparative judgements about a school's performance either against national averages or the performance of similar schools will be made according to shared criteria.
School improvement categories (high schools)
8. The Education Department's School Improvement categories for schools will be shared between high schools. The triggers for categories will only be shared with the Head Teachers' permission. Colleague Head Teachers will keep this information confidential. As the School Improvement categories change they will be regularly updated by the Education Department.
