If you pay your Council Tax to Manchester City Council we can send you a copy of your bill:
- by email
- by post.
Check that your bill is issued by Manchester City Council
Get a copy of your bill by email
- select 'request a copy of your bill', and
- when asked 'would you like to register for paperless billing?', choose 'yes' or 'already registered'. Then follow the instructions.
By doing this:
- we’ll email you your most recent bill as soon as we can.
- In some cases, it can take some time to set up e-billing. If we think it will be quicker, we will send you your most recent bill by post.
- You will receive all future council tax bills by email. Find out more about paperless billing.

Get a copy of your bill posted to you
We can send you a copy of your most recent bill by post. It will take one-to-two weeks to arrive.
To do this:
- select 'request a copy of your bill', and
- when asked 'would you like to register for paperless billing?', choose 'no'. Then follow the instructions.
