If you’ve had an unexpected event that's caused money problems and you cannot afford basic living costs, you may be able to get help.
The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) provides short-term emergency support.
It is funded by the UK Government and delivered by Manchester City Council.
Who this support is for
You may be able to get help if you:
- live in Manchester; and
- are facing a financial crisis or emergency; and
- cannot afford essential living costs.
This fund is for people who have no other way to pay for essentials.
You must:
- be on a low income
- have had a sudden money problem, such as an unexpected cost or loss of income
- be at risk of not being able to afford essentials, like food and electricity.
