First Street has emerged as one of Manchester’s most vibrant new neighbourhoods. Phased development has delivered an innovative blend of culture, office, leisure, retail and residential space. The mix of development includes: HOME, the cultural facility, significant Grade A commercial office space, alongside, hotel, leisure and retail amenities and high quality public realm.  New co-working and student residences are being delivered on the southern side of the site to provide accommodation for students at the nearby universities and for young workers and graduates working in city centre businesses.
