September 2023 update
Planned improvement to the Fallowfield Loop surface and access points.
Resurfacing work will take place near to the St Werburghs tram stop section in Chorlton, and also at the section near to Shillington Road in Levenshulme.
A series of improvements to twenty-six access points is also planned, starting with Wilbraham Road and Chatfield Road, with the aim of making these accessible for all users.
All of the planned work for these improvements will start from 18 September and is expected to be completed in approximately 11 weeks. Pedestrian and cycle access along the path will be maintained during the works with only minimal restrictions at the access points.
