The Hub's compact design maximises public space and greenery. It connects with the soon-to-be refurbished Ancoats Green, featuring new play equipment and fresh planting.
Improved Accessibility:
New routes and street changes will make it easier and safer to walk, wheel, and cycle. These improvements link with the Greater Manchester ‘Bee Network’.
Commitment to Zero-Carbon:
Manchester aims to meet a zero-carbon target by 2038, 12 years ahead of the national goal. The Hub contributes with its rooftop solar panels and renewable energy use.
