Manchester Life is planning Eliza Yard to be a unique new location for living to kick-start the regeneration of the Back of Ancoats with great amenities and communal spaces.
The design of Eliza Yard will promote strong connections between Ancoats Green and the Rochdale Canal.
As well as a mix of 118 one, two and three-bedroom homes, the development also features 5,800 sq ft of commercial space and a residents’ garden. Amenities include:
