Victoria North
Victoria North is one of the UK’s largest and most ambitious regeneration projects. It’s the biggest plan the city has ever seen.
What’s happening?
Over the next 20 years, the area north-east of Manchester city centre will change and set to include:
- 15,000 new homes to be built
- 40,000 more people to live in the area
- 7 new neighbourhoods to be created
- Land that isn’t used much now to be brought back to life
Who is working on it?
We are working in partnership with Far East Consortium (FEC). They are helping to plan and build the new homes and neighbourhoods.
