  • By textphone - This service is a means for hearing-impaired people to use the telephone as a method to contact us. The number is 0161 234 3760.
  • In person - Your Customer Service Centre at the Town Hall is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.  One of the team will make a note of your feedback and pass it on to the right person. (Currently closed)
