Make a complaint
Our service is closed over the Christmas and New Year period. You can submit complaints as usual, but you will not receive an acknowledgement or response until our return on 5 January 2026.
There may also be delays in receiving a response to complaints submitted over this period.

Some issues cannot be dealt with as complaints. It's better to use specific complaint or appeal routes for this.
