- use the search bar to find the service you need (e.g. search for "potholes" or "missed bins") and report the problem online
- use the links from our homepage; or
- get help if you're having a problem with your web account
This gives us the opportunity to put things right before you raise an official complaint. It could also mean the issue can be put right faster than if an official complaint investigation takes place.
We have stages that we follow to make sure that every complaint is dealt with fairly and sorted out as quickly as possible.
