This theme relates to the financial routes open to us.
The climate change action plan sets out how we’ll unlock and target investments. To speed up the move to a zero-carbon and climate-resilient city. While making sure that change is fair.
Our action will:
- create a sustainable investment plan to underpin our climate action
- use carbon accounting
- strengthen decision making on carbon investment
- create new funding models for green and blue infrastructure in the city
